2mm Styrene is a white 3/32 inch thick super smooth, rigid substrate that will not warp and will not be affected by changes in moisture. This product is excellent for presentations and portfolio review.

3mm PVC is a black non-hydroscopic material which is not affected by changes in moisture. This product is excellent for direct wall application. This is not as rigid as our gator substrate, but works great on the wall or in a frame.

3/16 black gator is our premium 3/16 thick mounting substrate. Gatorfoam is the industry’s leading heavy duty foam board. Our black gator is comprised of black extruded polystyrene foam bonded between 2 smooth black outside layers of wood-fiber. Unlike foamboard, this product is warp, dent and scratch resistant. This product is excellent for all displays, exhibits, framing and signage.
Sizes available are 4”x6” to 48”x96”. ½” black gator is a thicker version of Gatorfoam, ideal for prints larger than 30”x40 inch, or for a more visually striking on the wall presentation. Sizes available are 4”x6” to 48”x96”.

For wall application, we recommend 3M Command Strips, or we offer cleats.
3/16” cleat sets are 3/16” thick black gator cleats, with a top and bottom set on the material, and a mounting cleat for the wall. This adds 3/16” relief from the wall to the back of the material.
½” cleat sets are ½” thick black sintra cleats, with a top and bottom set on the material, and a mounting cleat for the wall. This adds ½” relief from the wall to the back of the material.
